摘要
本文利用实测资料,对不同地形下的近地层风场及污染气象特征进行分析。结果表明,大气边界层下部风场与地形关系密切;在山区,低层大气风速随高度的分布,往往不服从指数规律,垂直风场与温度场关系密切;底层大气水平流场与地形、大气层结下垫面属性有关;地形风是影响山区大气污染的主要因素之一。利用各高度风的切变,进行污染气象分析,可作为工厂选址及烟囱高度设计的依据之一。
In this paper. the characteristics of pollution meteorology and wind field over different topography in Fujian province are analyzed according to the data obtained in the project of atmospheric environmental appraisal during 1985~1987. The result shows that:
1. There is a close correlation between wind field under atmospheric boundary layer and topographic characteristics.
2. In mountain area, the distribution of wind speed with altitude in the lower atmosphere layer does not follow simple exponential rule because of the difference of the topography and underlying surfaces.
3. There is a close correlation between vertical wind field and temperature field in lower atmosphere layer in mountain area. Generally, temperature inversion zone is accompanied by zone of gentle breeze with wind speed less than 2m/s. Their thicknesses show a positive correlation.
4. Track observation indicates that horizontal flow field in lower atmosphere layer is related to topography, stratification of atmosphere and the character of underlying surface.
5. Topography-wind (including mountain-valley wind and lee eddies) is one of the main factors which effect air pollution of mountain area. So it should be considered while discussing air pollution in mountain area.
6. Pollution meteorology analysis by means of shear of wind at several altitudes may be used as a basis for plant site selecting and chimney height designing.
