摘要
活齿端面谐波齿轮传动装置综合了现有的谐波齿轮传动和活齿传动的优点,可以在保留现有谐波齿轮传动所有优点的基础上,大幅度地提高所传递的功率,特别适用于需要大传动比、大功率减速器的机械、矿山、冶金及建材等各种行业。文中首次提出了这种新型传动装置瞬时传动比的计算公式,分析了保证瞬时传动比恒定的条件,并且将瞬时传动比的计算公式与利用“Willis转化机构法”推导出的传动比计算公式进行了比较,得出了二者完全一致的结论。
The transmission of head faced harmonic gear with movable teeth has summed-up the advantages now existed in the harmonic gear transmission and the movable toothed transmission. It may on the basis of retaining the now existed all advantages of harmonic gear transmission, greatly enhances the transmitted power and especially suitable for various industries such as machinery, mining, metallurgy and building materials etc. that needs reducers in large transmission ratio and of high-power. The computation formulae for the instantaneous transmission ratio of this new typed transmission device wereput forward in this paper for the first time, and the conditions for keeping the instantaneous transmission ratio to a constant were analyzed. A comparison has been made upon the calculation formulae of instantaneous transmission ratio and the calculation formulae of transmission ratio derived out from using the“Willis’s mechanism transformation method”, and obtained a conclusion that these two formulae are fully identical.
