摘要
本文从理论上提出了一种适用于低速重载条件下工作的较为理想的传动装置——端面谐波齿轮传动减速器,阐明了该装置的传动原理及其正确啮合条件,导出了能使其正确啮合所相应的凸轮理论廓线及其方程,分析了这种新型传动技术的传动特点,说明了这是一种比较先进的新型传动技术。
This paper presents an ideal gearing suitable for running under the condi-tion of low speed with a heavy load.It is called a gear transmission reducerof upright face harmonic waves.The paper also formulizes the driving princ-iple of this device and the condition that gears can correctly engage,and thecam theoretical outline which can make the gear teeth mesh with each othersmoothly.It analyses the transmissive characteristics peculiar to this new typeof driving tehnique.All this proves that it is a new type of comparativelyadvanced driving technique.
