摘要
目的:建立了橘红片中含量测定方法。方法:采用 HPLC 法进行测定。结果:峰面积与浓度线性关系良好,回归方程 Y=706108X+4336.2,r=0.9999。平均回收率为101.9%,RSD 为0.35%。结论:方法简便快速,重现性好,可用于本制剂的质量控制。
Objective:To establish an HPLC for determination of Glycyrrhizic Acid in Jubong Tablets.Methods HPLC was used for the determination of Glycyrrhizic Acid.Results The linear regression equation was Y=706108X+4336.2,r= 0.9999.The average recovery was 101.9% and RSD was 0.35%.Conclusion This is a simple,accurate method which can be used to control the quality of Juhong Tablets.
