摘要
通过对新老内河通航标准的学习,分析新标准在老标准的基础上增加和调整的内容,并提出几点建议。
Based on the study of new and old standards for inland river navigation, this paper analyzes the supplementary and adjusted contents in the new standard based on the old one, and puts forward some suggestions.
