摘要
桦木科植物分布很广 ,采集其汁液 ,制成营养丰富、口感清爽的天然绿色饮品 ,具有广阔的发展前景。本研究着重介绍了桦树汁饮料的生产工艺与配方 ,并制定了相应的产品质量标准。
Betulaceae plant spreads widely. Collecting its juice to make rich nutrition drinks has a bight developing future.It introduces the production technology,formalation and its quality standard.
