摘要
作者认为工业人工林是生态林业发展模式实施的重要环节,在我国林业发展中将扮演重要角色,但其生态结构单一,稳定性差,是一个高度输入输出的开放型林分。在各国的实践中,经济效益的高低并无定论。必须依据我国的国情选择适宜的发展方式,以保证其健康发展。
To promote the sound development of industrial plantations, the connotativetraits of industrial plantations must be grasped comprehensively and correctly. Firstly, anindustrial plantation is an important link in operation on the ecological forest model, and animportant approach to handling the relation between forest ecological community and e-conomical benefits in a macro scientificai way. It is also an important subsystem of theentirety of forest resources in ecological forestry. Industrial plantations under developmentinclude priority plantations and general ones. Its development is considered according to realneeds, and to possible conditions. Secondly, due to simplicity of ecological structure, the in-dustriai plantation is noted for poor stability. Means of management is like that of culture offarm crops. Therefore, it is necessary to correctly handle the relation between the specializ-ed target production and the stability of forest systems. Thirdly, it belongs to the openstands that have high input and output, being very different from the pattern of nutrient cy-cle in natural forests. Only high material input from human so ity can make it attain thepurpose of continually meeting the social demand for wood and other forest products with li-mited forest land. Therefore, the speed of its development depends on the level of economi-cal and material supply, forest science and technology and forest management in variouscountries and regions in the world. Fourthly, its economic benefits are uncertain. It is re-ported that different countries obtain different benefits from their industrial plantations. Aconcrete analysis of the social, economic and natural functions at a deeper level is necessary.China should take an approach characteristic of Chinese society so as to obtain the maximumintegrated benefits.
