婴幼儿恶性纤维组织细胞瘤临床病理讨论 被引量：3

摘要 目的 :对婴幼儿恶性纤维组织细胞瘤进行了临床病理讨论。方法 :应用常规HE染色及免疫组化染色 ,结合电镜观察 ,对 4例婴幼儿恶性纤维组织细胞瘤进行病理分析。结果 :婴幼儿恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的镜下结构复杂多样 ,容易误诊。免疫组化结果显示肿瘤细胞均表达Vimentin ,并不同程度地表达了Lysozyme ,α ACT ,部分表达了Myoglobi。结论 :光镜下瘤细胞分化好者 ,预后稍好 ;分化差者 ,预后较差。
