摘要 P2X_7受体是最有特点的P2X家族核苷酸受体,有独特的结构和功能,近年的研究表明它可介导细胞信号传导,通过钙离子,P2X_7受体偶联2条信号途径:PLD的激活和IL-1β的分泌;P2X_7受体还介导P38、ERK、JNK3条MAPK信号通路的激活。P2X_7受体在不同细胞通过特定的PTK活化MAPK信号通路。 P2X_7, which belongs to the P2X nucleotide receptor family, is structurally and functionally unique. Recent studies demonstrated that it could mediate cellular signal transduction. P2X_7 couples two intracellular signal pathways through Ca^(2+) thereby leading to the activation of PLD and the secretion of IL-1β. Moreover, P2X_7 mediates the activation of signal transduction pathways of P38, ERK and JNK MAPK. Furthermore, P2X_7 activates MAPK pathways via specific PTKs in various cells. This article reviews the advances in the study of P2X_7 mediated signal transduction.
