摘要
目的探讨HSP27在金黄地鼠颊囊粘膜从正常粘膜、单纯增生、异常增生到鳞癌形成过程中表达的变化。方法采用DMBA诱导金黄地鼠颊囊癌变动物模型,SABC免疫组化法检测HSP27的表迭。结果HSP27 在正常粘膜表达的阳性率为39.13%,单纯增生上皮为40.91%,异常增生上皮为54.55%,阳性染色等级与正常粘膜相比有增强趋势,鳞癌组织为65.52%,与正常和单纯增生组相比明显提高,全部阳性染色等级有随病理等级提高趋势。结论HSP27在正常和单纯增生上皮有基础表达,在癌前病变有提高趋势,在鳞癌则明显提高,说明HSP27在鳞癌形成早期发挥重要作用。
Objective To study the expression of HSP27 in normal mucosa, dysplasia and squamous cell carcinoma. Methods SABC immnohistochemical assay was used to measure the level of HSP27 in DMBA induced hamster buckle pouch carcinogenesis model. Results The positive rate of HSP27 was 39.13% in normal mucosa, 40.91% in hyperplasia, and 54.55% in dysplasia. The positive staining grade was 65.52% in squamous cell carcinoma which was higher compared to the normal mucosa and hyperplasia. The positive staining grade was correlated with the pathologic grade with a marginal significance ( P = 0.056). Conclusion A basical expression of HSP27 was observed in normal and hyperplasia mucosa; an increased expression in dysplsia; and a significant increase in squamous cell carcinoma. The findings suggest that HSP27 plays an important role in the early stage of carcinogenisis.
