金黄地鼠颊囊癌变过程中c-fos和c-jun的表达价值

摘要 目的 探讨c fos、c jun在金黄地鼠颊囊黏膜从正常黏膜到单纯增生、异常增生及鳞癌的表达的变化。方法 采用DMBA诱导金黄地鼠颊囊癌变动物模型 ,SABC免疫组化法检测c fos、c jun蛋白的表达。结果 c fos在异常增生上皮及鳞癌的表达与正常和单纯增生组相比明显提高 (P <0 0 1) ,阳性染色等级随病理等级改变提高 (P <0 0 1) ;c jun由正常黏膜 单纯增生 异常增生到鳞癌过程中呈先升高后下降的趋势 ;c fos、c jun的表达有相关性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 c fos、c jun高表达是鳞癌发生的早期事件 ,在鳞癌的发生发展中协同作用。 Objective To study the expression of c-fos and c-jun in hamster buckle pouch normal mucosa、hyperplasia、dysplasia and squamous cell carcinoma. Methods SABC immunohistochemical assay was used to measure the level of c-fos and c-jun in DMBA induced hamster buckle pouch carcinogenesis model. Results The expression of c-fos in dysplasia and carcinoma were apparently higher compared with normal and hyperplasia(P<0.01), the positive staining grade was correlated with the pathologic grades(P<0.01); the expression of c-jun increased from normal mucosa. hyperplasia to dysplasia; then decreased in carcinoma; and was correlated with the expression of c-fos(P<0.01). Conclusion the up-regulated level of c-fos and c-jun was an early incident of squamous cell carcinogenesis, and these proteins cooperated during the occurrence and progress of squamous cell carcinoma.
