摘要
目的对2002—2004年徐州铁路医院197例住院死亡病人的原因进行分析。方法采用WHO规定的国际疾病死因分类穴ICD-10雪编码,将资料分类统计分析。结果197例住院死亡病人中,总病死率为7郾40%,男女比例为2郾72∶1,年龄40岁以上居多,占死亡病人总数的97郾97%;职业分布上工人住院死亡有逐年增多的趋势,以恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统和循环系统疾病为主,这三类疾病占死亡病人总数的81郾73%。病死率居前3位的是肺恶性肿瘤、肝恶性肿瘤、脑出血。将2002—2004年的死亡病例,肿瘤及传染病和寄生虫病57例、与其他系统疾病140例,作统计学分析有显著性差异穴χ2=6.45,P<0.05雪。结论通过对2002—2004年197例住院死亡病人的原因分析,说明随着时间的推移,徐州铁路地区疾病谱发生了改变,因此将卫生防疫的工作重心逐步转移到加强对肿瘤、呼吸系统和循环系统等疾病的监测和防治上来是当务之急,对下一步疾控中心卫生防病工作的开展具有指导性意义。
OBJECTIVE Adjust the reason of in 2002-2004 Xuzhou railroad hospital 197 instances being hospitalized doom as sick per-son and analyses.METHODS The international disease cause of death of WHOs stipulation to classify(ICD 10)coding,by the da-tum classification statistical analysis.RESULTS Among 197 instances the being hospitalized doom as sick person,general dying of illness rate is 7.40%,men and womens proportion is over 2.72∶1,ages 40 years old to be in the majority to seize 97.97% of doom a sick persons sumtotal,the profession distributes that the worker is hospitalized that the doom possess the tendency growed in number year by year,and with cancer,respiratory system and the rotary system disease is given priority to,81.73% of general doom a sick person is seizied to the three types of diseases.The dying of illenss rate dwells precedingly three is the lung cancer and the liver cancer and brain is bleeding.Shall in 2002 in 2004 doom case,tumour and infectious disease and parasitic disease 57 instances,together iwth else sys-tematic disease 140 instances,analyses significance divergence(χ2=6.45,P<0.05)as the statistics.CONCLUSIONS analyse the reason of the 197 instances sick person in 2004-2004 being hospitalized doom as,illustrates in the wake of time passes,the alter-ation happenned the Xuzhou railorad area disease music score,hence to come up is the most pressing metter of the moment to monitor-ing and the prevention and cure that the work core by sanitation and antiepidemic station transfers up strengthen to tumour,respiratory system and rotary system and so on diseases gradually,adjust next step quick to accuse heart health preventing disease work politically progressive having the direction sense.(the notes:The investigation in 2004 closes August 4 days).
