中华猕猴桃(Actinidia Chinesis Planch)系猕猴桃科属中多年生落叶藤本植物。它以含丰富的维生素,甜酸适口,风味特美见著。本研究利用猕猴桃制成的果粒饮料属高档天然果肉饮料。该饮料因其外观上可看到均匀悬浮的果粒,且饮用时有少许固体感,使消费者感到这是一种真正的果汁,能享受到饮汁与品果的双重乐趣,成为深受众爱的新兴饮料。
The article illustrates the production process and requirments of yangtao drinks,determines the best blend, and investigates the effect on the quality of the drinks reserved for half a year under different conditions.
