摘要
本文探索了食品中糖精极谱分析条件,筛选出比较好的底液,研究了方法的影响因素、准确度和精确度。本法可直接用来测定汽水中的糖精,经适当提取,亦可测定果汁、果脯,麦圈等各种食品中的糖精。结果比较满意,平均回收率为91%,相对标准偏差<2.0%。
A rapid, simple method for detecting sodium saccharin in food using Line Span Polarography is described. This method can be used directly in analysis of beverage,as well as in analysis of other food with extraction and purification. The mininum detection limits of sodium saccharin is 0. 005g Kg-1. The recoveries of sodium saccharin is 91% and the precision (CV%)<2. 0% .
