摘要
目的 :观察头孢地尼对轻中度呼吸道感染的疗效和安全性。方法 :对确诊呼吸道感染患者 1 1 4例检查血、尿常规 ,同时作痰细菌培养和药敏试验。口服头孢地尼胶囊 1 0 0mg,每日 3次 ,连续用药 7d后进行随访 ,记录并评价患者的呼吸道感染症状及体征 ,同时记录不良反应。结果 :1 1 4例入选患者均完成试验 ,治疗前后症状改善明显 ,头孢地尼治疗轻中度呼吸道感染总体有效率为 91 .2 2 % ,社区获得性肺炎、慢支急性发作和急性细菌性支气管炎的有效率分别为 90 .0 0 %、84.2 1 %和 93.85 % ,无严重不良反应。结论 :头孢地尼治疗轻中度呼吸道感染安全、有效。
Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of cefdinir in light and mild respiratory tract infection.Methods: All patients were selected in outpatient department. 114 cases were enrolled according to the diagnosis criterion. In these cases(51 males and 63 females, aged 46±15),there were 30 cases community-acquired pneumonia, 19 cases acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis, 65 cases acute bacterial bronchitis. Complete blood count and routine urinalysis were checked, sputa were cultured and sensitivity test was performed. Cefdinir 100mg, tid, was orally given for 7 d. The symptoms, body signs and adverse reaction were recorded. Results: All selected cases finished trial. The symptoms were significantly improved. Total effective rate of light and mild respiratory tract infection was 91.22%, the effective rate of community-acquired pneumonia, acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis and acute bacterial bronchitis was 90.00%,84.21% and 93.85%. No severe adverse reaction was observed.Conclusion: Cefdinir was effective and safe in the treatment of light and mild respiratory tract infection.
