自激横振下单根钻杆的振动与应力分析 被引量:3

摘要 根据旋转钻柱多支点自激横振的原理,用不同方法分析了单根钻杆在力平衡状态下的变形与弯曲应力,求解出不同工况下单根钻杆的挠度、弯矩、弯曲应力与固有横振角频率的计算公式,并阐明纵向载荷对单根钻杆固有横振角频率的影响。与给出的不同工况下单根钻杆弯曲应力峰峰值实测曲线的对比证明,理论分析是正确的。明确指出,自激横振下的单根钻杆并不发生横向共振。 On the principle of multi-fulcrum self-excited lateral vibration for a rotating drill stem, formulas for calculating the deflection, bending moment, bending stress and natural frequency of a single under different working conditions are worked out,and the effect of the longitudinal load on the natural lateral vibration angular frequency of the single is expounded. The theoretical analysis is proved to be correct by the measured characteristics under different working conditions. And it is indicated that no lateral resonance occurs on the single under self-excited lateral vibration.
