地面驱动螺杆泵采油系统因具有众多的优点,日益受到重视,但螺杆泵井光杆断裂频繁,严重地制约了螺杆泵采油技术的发展。为了解决该问题,在大量力学分析以及材料机械性能分析的基础上,对螺杆泵井光杆的断裂原因及其工作时的受力状态进行了分析,建立了较为准确的计算模型,指出螺杆泵井光杆断裂的主要原因是横振引起的弯曲交变应力。在诸应力的组合作用下,螺杆泵井光杆首先在危险截面--井口盘根下部光杆的外表面上出现微小的裂纹,最终导致了光杆的断裂。为了减少螺杆泵井光杆的断裂,还对光杆的加工工艺以及使用工艺提出了改进的方法。
<abstract>ound-drive screw pumping system is increasingly being paid attention to owing to its many advantages. The frequent failure of screw pump polished rod greatly restricts the development of its technology. Based on a large number of mechanical analysis and mechanical performance on material, the failure cause of the screw pump polished rod and stress condition at work are analyzed, and more accurate calculation model is built. It is pointed out that the curving alternate stress causes the failure of the polished rod. The dangerous sectionof the polished rod is on the outside surface at the bottom of the wellhead packing. Slight fissure first occurs here under combined action of the several stresses and ultimately causes the failure of the polished rod. Improvements on the processing and operating technology are also proposed in the hope of reducing the failure of the screw pump polished rod.
