摘要
LB-1催化剂是一种全白土型的分子筛催化裂化催化剂。通过对LB-1催化剂物化性质、孔径分布、裂化活性和抗重金属污染能力的分析及LB-1催化剂在9个炼油厂的实际应用,证实了LB-1催化剂具有裂化活性高、水热稳定性好、汽油选择性好和抗重金属污染能力强等特性。该剂适用于重油及其它劣质原料的催化裂化,是一种较理想的重油催化裂化催化剂。
LB-1 catalyst is a whole-clay type zeolite FCC catalyst. The determination of its physico-chemical properties, pore distribution, cracking activity and endurance to heavy metals, as well as its industrial application in nine refineries, has verified that LB-1 catalyst has the merits of high cracking activity, high steam-thermal stability, high gasoline selectivity and good heavy metal endurance. It is an excellent RFCC catalyst suitable for the cracking of inferior feedstocks.
