摘要
选用Gin—1细胞,L—929细胞,Chang Liver细胞和HEP—2 4种体外培养细胞,对牙科铜基合金进行细胞毒性的研究,初探该合金的化学组成与细胞毒性之间的关系。实验结果显示:无论对哪种细胞,铜基合金均显示出较明显的细胞毒性作用。这提示(1)合金中一定比例的铜元素存在是导致细胞损伤的主要原因,(2)铜基合金的临床应用应该慎重。
Gin—1, L—929, Chang—Liver and HEP—2 four types of cultured cells in vitro were used and the cytotoxicity of dental Cu—based alloy was studied. The relationship between the chemical components of this alloy and cytotoxicity was investigated. The result show: no matter what kind of cells it is, there is remarkable cytotoxicity for the Cubased alloy. It indicates (1) the main reason to cause the cell damage is the copper element in the alloy; (2) the Cu—based alloy should be cautious in clinical usage.
