摘要
研究了海螵蛸的内部结构及脱矿、再矿化实验。脱矿实验表明,海螵蛸可以在盐酸中逐渐脱矿,失去碳酸钙;所得基质用纸层析及红外光谱确定其主要成分为甲壳素,还含有少量蛋白质。再矿化实验表明,海螵蛸基质可控制CaCO_3成核及成长。
Studied are the structure of Cuttlefish, its deealcification and recalcification. After decalcification of cuttlefish, chitin which is identified by means of chromatography is obtained.Chitin suppresses calcium carbonate nucleation and decreases the rate of crystal growth in vitro.
