摘要
水溶性蛇床子多糖用DEAE—纤维素柱和Sephadex G—100分离纯化,得到了杂多糖,用纸色谱、高效液相色谱确定了蛇床子多糖的单糖组成为L—鼠李糖(11％),D—木糖(5.3％),L—阿拉伯糖(9.8％),D—葡萄糖和D—半乳糖(73.2％)。
Common Cnidium Fruit polysaccharide, a water - soluble polysaccharide, was isolated and purified from water extract of common cnidium Fruit by chromatography on DEAE-cellulose column and sephadex G-100 column.
The results of these studies indicate that it is a heteropolysaccharide,its monosaccharide composition was identified by paper chromatography, thin - layer chromotography and HPLC. The results indicate that common cnidium Fruit polysaccharide consists of L -Rhamose (11%),D - Xylose(5. 3%),L - Arabinose(9. 8%),D - Gluncose and D-galactose (73.2%)
