摘要
SOD活性和MDA含量是两个与植物抗逆性密切相关的生理生化指标,为探讨静电场对组织培养的草莓幼苗这两个指标的影响,本实验利用4个场强(71.4 105.8 139.9和173.9kV/m)的负高压平板静电场,对草莓品种“明磊”组织培养瓶内茎丛连续处理3次(每30d1次每次30min),之后分别用NBT法和Heath法测组培瓶期苗及营养钵期苗功能叶的SOD活性和MDA含量。结果表明,静电场具有提高草莓体内SOD活性和降低MDA含量的生物效应。其中以105.8kV/m场强效果最佳。为静电场提高草莓抗逆性提供实验依据。
The activity of SOD and content of MDA are two physiological and biochemical indexes in close relation to resisitance of plant. In order to probe the influence of electrostatic field on the activity of SOD and content of MDA in tissue - cultured seedlings of strawberry, the experiment was conducted. The tissue-cultured seedlings in bottle of variety 'Minglei' were periodically radiated three times (once in a month and 30 minutes at one time)by using negative high-voltage flat electrostatic field with intensity of 71.4, 105.8, 139.9 and 173.9kV/m. Then, the activity of SOD and the content of MDA in function leaves during tissue-cultured period, and nutrition pot period were determiner by using NBT and HEATH methods respectively. The results indicated that electrostatic field has the effect of in. creasing the activity of SOD and decreasing the content of MDA. The effect of the treatment of 105.8kV/m is best. It has been proved that the treatment of electrostatic field could increase the resistance of tissue-cultured seedlings of strawberry.
