赤霉素对番茄子房心室形成的影响 被引量:12

摘要 本试验通过对番茄幼苗进行的GA_3施用浓度、次数、时期及在不同环境条件下施用等处理,并提取和测定幼苗体内赤霉素物质的活性,研究探讨了赤霉素与番茄子房心室形成的关系,结果认为;赤霉素能够促进番茄子房的心室形成,它的有效作用期是在花芽的花瓣形成期以前;低温可增加赤霉素的作用,但弱光照、氮或磷营养不足则可降低赤霉素对番茄子房心室形成的作用;番茄子房心室多的幼苗,其体内赤霉素类物质的活性也高。由此可见;赤霉素是影响番茄子房心室形成的重要物质,但不是唯一物质,番茄幼苗体内其它物质对番茄子房心室形成可能也有一定作用。 The relations between Gibberallic acid(GA_3) and the for- mation of tomato locules were studied in this experiment. GA_3 was ap- plied to tomato seedlings with several concentratios, in different growing periods, under varions enviromental conditions (such as different temp- eratures, light intensity, or nitrogen and phosphorous nutrient levels) or was used with different times, then the activities of Gibberallin(GA) in the seedling body were measured. The results are as follows: (1) GA might promote the forming of tomato locules. The effective applying period was before the forming of petals; (2) Low temperature could increase the function of GA, but weak light intensity or the lack of nitrogen or phosphorous nutrient would decrease the effect of GA;(3) The more locules the tomato variety had, the higher the activities of GA in the seedling were. GA was one of the important substances to influence the tomato locule formation, and other nutrient substances in the seedling body also affected the forming.
