强恒磁场对单细胞麦粒赭虫DNA合成酸性磷酸酶活性及分布的影响

Effects of a Strong Constant Magnetic Field on the DNA Synthesis and Activity Localization Pattern of Acid Phosphatase in Blepharisma

摘要 强恒磁场不能中断或抑制原生动物纤毛虫纲麦粒赭虫(Blepharisma)的DNA合成过程,但能够使酸性磷酸酶(ACP)在细胞内由正常的功能性分布转变为弥散状的分布。其活性亦有所变化,与非磁场处理对照组相比,G_1期活性增加,S期无明显差异,G_2期则活性降低。若细胞脱离磁场后,酶的活性和分布形式能得以恢复。 Although DNA synthesis in protozoa Blepharisma cannot be stopped or inhibited by a strong constant magnetic field, the localization of acid phosphatase (ACP) inside the cytoplasm of cells can be changed from the normal functional pattern to the pervasive localization. Compared with the control group, the ACP activity in the magnetic field treatment group is increased in G_1 phase, there are not obvious differences in S phase, and it is decreased in G_2 phase. When the cells are removed from the magnetic field, the activity and localization pattern of ACP can be recovered.
