摘要
目的观察不同材料充填治疗老年人根面龋的临床效果,寻找一种有效的治疗方法。方法将245例(323颗)老年人根面龋患者分为三组:A组(n=102颗)用玻璃离子充填治疗;B组(n=115颗)用光固化复合树脂充填治疗;C组(n=106颗)用银汞合金充填治疗。1年后分别观察充填后的有效率。结果A组、B组、C组充填总有效率分别为87.25%、63.48%、80.19%。A、C组疗效明显优于B组(P均<0.01)。结论玻璃离子水门汀、银汞合金充填修复老年人根面龋的效果明显优于光固化复合树脂。对于前牙的根面龋,美观要求高,视野好的,可用玻璃离子水门汀充填,对于后牙的根面龋,美观要求不高,视野较差的,可用银汞合金充填。
Objective To research for an effective method of treating elder patients with root caries by observing the efficacy of different dental materials in treating the disease. Methods 245 elder patients (323 teeth) with root caries were divided into three groups: group A (n=102 teeth) were treated with glass ionic cement filling; group B (n=115 teeth) were treated with photofixation compound resin filling; group C (n=106 teeth) were treated with sliver amalgam filling. After one year, the effective rate of filling was observed. Results In groups A, B and C, the effective rates were 87.25%, 63.48% and 80.19%, respectively. Groups A and C were significantly better than that in group B (all P<0.01). Conclusions Glass ionic cement and silver amalgam filling in reconstruction of elder patients with root caries were better than photofixation coumpound resin. The glass ionic cement filling is adaptable for anterior teeth which requires good contour and visual field; and silver amalgam filling is eligible for posterior teeth which have no these requirements.
