摘要
十六大首次提出要"发展壮大县域经济","积极推动西部大开发,促进县域经济协调发展"。十六届三中全会再次提出要"大力发展县域经济"。我国西部的县域经济发展在近些年取得了很大的成绩,但在发展中存在一些错误的倾向和亟待解决的问题。
It was first put forward in the 16~th Congress of CPC to 'develop and strengthen county's local economy' and to 'actively promote the development in West China and the harmonious development of county's local economy'.It was put forward again in the third session of the 16~th Congress to 'greatly develop county's local economy'.In recent years,the county's local economy development in West China has made marvelous achievements,yet there are some wrong tendencies and problems to be urgently solved.
