摘要
随着人类在南极的各项活动日益频繁及对南极与地球其他地区的生态环境唇齿相依的认识不断深入,南极地区的环境保护备受人类的关注,并进行了相关的国际立法。文章拟通过对现行南极环境保护法律制度中未涉及到的关于环境损害、责任承担者、权利主张人及法律责任方式等问题进行分析,并结合南极环境的具体情况提出个人看法。
With more frequent activities of human beings in the Antarctic and the increasing understanding of the heavy interdependence of the Antarctic's ecological environment and that of other areas of the earth, people are beginning to pay closer attention to the environmental protection of the Antarctic. International legislation have been initiated. This article analyses the problems that the law system of the environmental protection of the Antarctic and offers some suggestions.
