摘要
蛛网膜下腔注药镇痛效果确切,已经广泛应用于各种疼痛性疾病的治疗。常用的药物有局麻药、阿片类药、甾类药、GABAa受体激动剂、a2肾上腺素能受体激动剂等。本文从以上各种药物的作用机制、药物间的相互作用、适应证、副作用以及使用方法等几方面对蛛网膜下腔注药镇痛进行综述。
The effects of subarachnoid analgesia are definite, which are widely used in pain clinics. The following drugs have been used and become research focus, including local anesthetics, opioids, steroids, clonidine and beclofen. This article reviewed the mechanism, indications, side effects, and clinical application of subarachnoid analgesia with above drugs.
