摘要
本文应用正交设计试验法对环氧-呋南体系化学灌浆材料配方进行了优化,并应用有机硅烷表面活性剂,改善了浆液的表面张力和接触角,提高了浆材的可灌性与渗透性,以满足水电工程对软弱夹层化灌处理的需要.
The method of orthogonal design experiment is applied to optimize the mixratio of modified epoxy-furan system chemical grouting materials in this paper. The organic silicone surface active sol-vent is used to improve the surface tension and the contact angle of grout, and to increase the groutability and permeability of grout in order to satisfy the reuirement of chemical grouting treatment oh soft stratum for hydroelectric projects.
