摘要
天津市属重度水资源性缺水地区,如何利用好雨水资源,缓解防洪、水资源短缺及水环境恶化的问题成为重要课题。从天津市雨水资源化利用现状入手,分析存在的问题,并对雨水利用潜力进行综合分析,针对天津市的特殊地理位置和水利工程现状,提出相应的雨水资源化利用的对策和措施。
Tianjin is the area severing shortage of water resource, how to make good use of storm water resource, alleviate the flood, shortage of water resources and deterioration of water environment has become an important issue. Based on the present status of utilization of storm water resources in Tianjin city, the existing problems and utilization potential of storm water resource were analyzed comprehensively. According to the special geographical position and present status of hydraulic engineering in Tianjin, the strategies and measures of utilization of storm water resource were put forward.
