摘要
妊娠高血压综合征 (PIHs)的发病原因尚不十分清楚 ,近年的研究结果提示 ,母体基因突变可能是诱发妊高征的重要原因。某些相关基因突变可使正常的基因表达失调 ,导致其产物发生质量、功能的异常改变 ,出现一系列病理生理变化而引发妊高征。
