硒与铜、锌、锰对小鼠肝脏中谷胱甘肽含量的共同影响 被引量:3

摘要 为探讨硒与铜、锌、锰共存时对小鼠肝脏中谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量的影响,使用氢化物原子化法及高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分别测定了在基础饲料中以不同组合拌入4种微量元素和对照各组小鼠肝脏中硒及GSH的含量。结果表明,1.铜+硒组、锌+硒组、锰+硒组肝脏中硒的含量均显著低于纯硒组(P<0.01),说明铜,锌,锰对硒的吸收有拮抗作用,提示在使用硒制剂时,若铜,锌,锰共存应适当增加硒的用量2.4组肝脏中GSH含量显著低于正常组(P<0.01),硒可促进还原型的GSH转化为氧化型的谷耽甘肽(GSSG),加锌后对此转化有叠加作用,加锰则有抑制作用,加铜无影响。 In order to reveal the influence of Se,Zn,Cu and Mn on the content of GSH in mouse liver.100 mice were divided into 5 groups:Cu+Se group,Zn+Se group,Mn+Se group,Se group and normal group.Se contents in mouse liver were determined by hydride generation AAS and GSH contents by Water′s HPLC.The results show:1.Se contents in mouse liver of Cu+ Se,Zn+Se and Mu+Se groups are remarkably lower than that of Se group, which indicates that Cu,Zn,and Mn are antagonistic to absorption of Se. This may call your attention to the feet that when Se preparation is in use the amount of Se should be added appropriately if it is used together with Cu, Zn and Mn。2.GSH contents irt the liver of Cu+Se,Zn+Se,Mn+Se and Se groups are much lower than that of normal group(P<0.01).The result mentioned above shows that the addition of Se has increased the activity of GSH-Px and helped transform GSH into GSSG.When Zn is added to Se the transformation is additive,but it is inhibitory in caes of Mn,Cu has no remarkable effect,Therefore Se preparation is used to treat tumor,the amount of Zn should be increased suitably and that of Mn should be decreased.
