摘要
用冰冻切片亲和酶标法和石蜡切片ABC法对71例乳腺癌进行了雌激素受体(ER)检测,同时观察肿瘤组织学分级、弹力纤维增生和Ag-NORs均数3项形态学指标与ER阳性率的关系。结果表明,两种方法的符合率仅为69%,而3项形态学指标与乳腺癌ER阳性率密切相关。在目前条件下,两种方法检测ER的干扰因素较多,在未能使用单克隆抗体作为一抗以前,宜使用形态学指标做为过渡的替代方法。
Seventy-one cases of breast cancer were studied with twofold
objective:comparison of two methods of ER localization(ABC technique for
paraffin section and affinity enzyme labeled method for frozen section)and
correlation of histology and Ag-NORs count with ER positivity.It was
shown that 69% of cases yielded the same result.Significant correlation
existed between morphological features and ER positivity.It is suggested to
discontinue the above procedure as routine practice,Pending available monoclonal
antibody replaces E2 antiserium,morphological features can be used as estimate
for the time being.
