摘要
干燥剂是在食品药品包装中常用的延长保质期的制品,然而以往所使用的干燥剂,如硅胶干燥剂、氯化钙干燥剂等,虽然被广泛使用,在性能方面却存在着不足,针对这些不足,很多新型干燥剂应运而生。本文综述了这些以天然材料为原料的新型干燥剂的优缺点和作用机理,分以天然无机材料为原料的干燥剂和以天然有机材料为原料的干燥剂两大部分加以说明。
Desiccant is often used in packaging of foodstuffs and medicaments to prolong the preserving time.Though the traditional desiccants, such as silica gel and chloride calcium,are widely used,they have lots of defects in their capability.To solve the problem,many new desiccants come forth.This paper reviews the advantage,disadvantage and mechanism of two kinds of the new desiccants made from natural inorganic material and natural organic material.
