摘要
目的 探讨谷氨酸锌和葡萄糖酸锌在家兔体内的药动学过程并作比较。方法 对正常家兔分别灌服及静注谷氨酸锌和葡萄糖酸锌 ,用原子吸收分光光度法测定血清中锌的浓度。结果 口服谷氨酸锌和葡萄糖酸锌在家兔体内的药动学过程均符合开放型一室模型 ,静注谷氨酸锌和葡萄糖酸锌在家兔体内的药动学过程均符合开放型二室模型。结论 口服谷氨酸锌较葡萄糖酸锌吸收快 ,达峰时间短 ,是一较好的补锌剂。
Aim To study and compare the pharmacokinetics of zone lunatic and zone gluconate in normal rabbits.Methods After the normal rabbits were treated with zone lunatic and zone gluconate intravenous and oraly,zone concentration in serum were determined by AAS.Results Oraly zone lunatic and zone gluconate conformed to one-compartment open model in rabbit.Intravenous conformed to two-compartrment open model in rabbit.Conclusion Oral administration with Zine Lunatic and Zine Gluconate had a faster absoption,a faster arrived peak time and a longer MRT.
