摘要
1963年,H.Kelker首先用液晶作固定相分离对、间二甲苯异构体。之后,液晶固定相以其特有的选择性受到越来越多的关注。国内外色谱工作者进行了大量研究,目前已有二百多种液晶用于各种异构体的分离。然而,由于液晶本身的成膜特性差,使得所制备的柱子膜薄且理论塔板数低。
In this work, liquid crystal, MPBHPB, as stationary phase has been coated on the inside wall of '101 white support 'coated open tubular column. Efficiency .stability and partition ratio of the column were tested. The influence of column temperature on separation of alkylsubstituted benzene isomer is also discussed. Based on the column we present a rapid and accurate method for analysis of high concentration p-xylene.
