用于甲烷化反应的负载型镍催化剂的研究已有不少报导。γ-Al_O_3负载的镍催化剂催化一氧化碳加氢反应中,占绝对优势的产物是甲烷,在同样的反应条件下,镍负载于Al_2O_3上的甲烷化催化活性比负载于TiO_2和Nb_2O_5上要低得多,而且在后两种载体上,产物的选择性移向长链烃,这种差异往往用金属与载体间的相互作用来解释。
The extent of reduction of supported nickel nitrate on TiO2, Nb2O5 y-Al2O3 and ground glass was determined by thermal analysis under hydrogen flow condition. The extent and process of reduction of nicfcel nitrate were examined by TG-DTG curves. The results showed that the extent of reduction of nickel on TiO2, Nb2O6, and A12O3 supports were 33.9, 32.1 and 42.4% respectively, and amounted to 96.3% on ground glass. These results were consistent with the results of in situ X-ray diffraction studies. Thus, the extent of reduction . of nickel 'nitrate could be used as a measure of the extent of interaction between metal and support. For lower extent of reduction, for instance Ni/TiO2, Nb/Nb2O5 and Ni/Al2O3, there exists the metal-support interaction, however, for highly reduced sample (Ni/glass) there is almost no such interaction.
