摘要
中心/外围分析框架是探讨全球教育发展不均衡的一个基本理论框架。按照这一框架,中心与外围构成了当今国际教育不均衡格局中对立的两极:发达国家与发展中国家,二者之间构成一种控制与依附的关系。这种不均衡的结构性关系在一定程度上阻碍了发展中国家教育的发展,因此发展中国家教育发展的基本出路在于走"内生发展"的道路。
The framework of center-periphery has been used to analyze the uneven development of global education since the 1970s. According to this analytical framework, the industrialized nations constitute the center and the developing countries are at the periphery in the international system of education. This unbalanced structural relationship between the developed and developing states is in essence a relationship of dominance and dependency. It is the heritage of colonialism hindering the educational development in the peripheral countries. The solution for developing countries to get out of this unbalanced relationship lies in the endogenous development.
