本文论述了原生质体融合技术在当今食用菌遗传育种中的作用 ;阐述了在原生质体融合过程中菌株的选择、酶液的制备、融合的具体方法及融合子的再生 ;并介绍了融合子的综合鉴定方法 ;
In this paper,we review on the role of the fusion technology of protoplast in domestic fungus being breeded,the choise of bacterial strain,preparation of enzymic liquid,method of fusion as well as regeneration of fusant in the procedure of fusion breeding of protoplast.On the other hand,we also introduce the characteristics of the fusant and the development of fusion breeding of protoplast.
