摘要 目的研究不同发育阶段大鼠睾丸水通道蛋白AQP9的表达情况.方法半定量RT-PCR.结果 4,8,12周大鼠睾丸AQP9mRNA表达逐渐增强.结论大鼠睾丸AQP9 mRNA表达与大鼠的不同发育阶段有关. ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of AQP9 in testis of rats in different growth stages.MethodsSemi-quantification PCR.ResultsThe expression of AQP9 in rat tesits increases from 4th week to 12th week.ConclusionThe expression of AQP9 mRNA is related with different growth stages.
