摘要
目的 探讨软肝胶囊对大鼠肝纤维化治疗作用和免疫调节作用的实验研究。方法 利用CCl4 、胆固醇等复合因素制造大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,设立空白对照组、肝纤维化模型组、秋水仙碱组及软肝胶囊 (低、中、高 )不同剂量组 ,分别灌胃给药治疗 4 2天后 ,检测病理学指标、血清酶学指标、血清学肝纤维化指标、免疫学指标。结果 各项检查结果均显示软肝胶囊各剂量均具有很好的抗肝纤维化的作用 ,尤其是中剂量组。结论 软肝胶囊对大鼠肝纤维化具有明确的治疗作用 ,且有提高机体免疫力的作用。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effects and immunity modulation action of Ruangan capsule on hepatic fibrosis in rat.Methods CCl 4,cholesterin were used to induce the hepatic fibrosis in rats and anti-fibrosis herbs were used to treat them.To set up control group,hepatic fibrosis model group,colchicines group,hepatic fibrosis groups(including low dose group,middle dose group,high dose group).Except control group,each group were fed drugs for 42 days by intragastric administration.Then examined pathology indicators,serum indicators,immunity indicators.Results The results showed that each hepatic fibrosis groups had strong anti-liver fibrosis effect,especially middle dose group.Conclusion The anti-fibrosis herbs has a definite effect in treating hepatic fibrosis in rats and it can also enhance the level of immunity.
