摘要
为了提高汽车发动机缸套、活塞环的耐磨寿命,选择了铌铸铁这种新型的耐热耐磨合金材料。通过确定铌含量范围及大量机械性能、耐磨性、使用性能、对比等试验研究,证明铌缸套比通用的硼缸套寿命约提高40%,比钒钛缸套提高25%。经台架及道路试验,材料寿命达30万公里以上。
With the purpose of improving the wear resistance of cylinder sleeve against piston ring of an automotive engine,a new typeheat-,wear-resistant alloy material ——niobium casting has been selected.Through the determination of the range of niobium content and a large amount of experiments on the mechanical proper- ties,wear resistances and usabilities,it is proved that the life of niobium cylinder sleeve is about 40% higher than that of conventional boron one,and 25% higher than that of vanadium-titanium one.Stand tests and road tests show that the life of this kind of cylinder sleeve is more than 300 thousands kilometers in running.
