摘要
目的 评价吉西他滨 (健择 )单药治疗胰腺癌的疗效。方法 对 16例晚期胰腺癌患者给予吉西他滨10 0 0mg/m2 ,连续 7周 ,休息 1周 ,为 1疗程。结果 16例患者中PR 2例 ,SD 9例 ,PD 5例。疾病相关症状有较好改善 ,包括疼痛减轻 ,KPS积分提高。结论 吉西他滨静脉滴注治疗晚期胰腺癌能较好改善疾病相关症状。
Objective To evaluate the effect of gemcitadine (Gemzar) on advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods Sixteen patients with advanced pancreatic cancer, gemciatabine were given intravenously by 1000mg/m 2 weekly for seven weeks as one course of treatment. There was a breake of one week between the courses. Results Partial remission (PR) was found in two patients treated with gemcitabine, stable disease (SD) in nine patients, and progressive disease (PD) in five patients, respectively. The related symptoms, including pain and KPS improved. Conclusions Intravenous drop injection of gemcitabine can relieved the main symptoms of advanced pancreatic cancer.
