摘要
轨行式起重机的车轮经常轮缘磨损提前报废,文章认为轮轨间两点接触是导致轮缘磨损的主要原因,建议参考铁路系统业已推广应用的圆弧凹形踏面,采用新型踏面的车轮。文章重点介绍了轮缘接触点上作用力、接触应力和蠕滑率的计算方法,阐述了圆弧凹形踏面的优点。最后提出了起重机采用圆弧凹形踏面车轮的设计原则。
The wheel of a rail-mounted crane often fails in early time due to the wear of flange. It is this paper's opinion that the main reason of the flange wear is the contact of the wheel with rail at two points. Proposal is made to use wheels with concave circle treads, which has been used widespreadly in railway system. This paper mainly introduces the method for calculating the force at contact points, the contact stress and the creep rate, describes the advantages of concave circle tread, puts forward the design principles in using concave circle tread for a crane.
