摘要
本文通过连续递增负荷的踏车运动形式,测定了34名男、女少年速滑运动员的最大吸氧量和不同工作负荷时的吸氧量、心率,探讨了运动负荷、吸氧量、心率三者之间的关系,并在此基础上确定了不同工作负荷时的百分最大吸氧量和不同的百分最大吸氧量时的心率水平.
By the way in which 34 boys and girls speed, skaters step on bike and their quantity of oxygen uptake(Vo2),heart rate(HR) are determined at the different load,this essay has inquired into moving load, quantity of oxygen uptake, heart rate and their relations. Also,based on this the essay has defined the %Vo2max at different moving load and heart rate at different %Vo2max.
