摘要
在相同的条件下使用同一套测试装置,按照国家机械行业标准JB/T2965—92的要求,对国内几个主要溅射离子泵生产厂家提供的商用溅射离子泵进行性能测试,列出并分析测试结果,使大家对国产溅射离子泵目前的状况有所认识,同时期待国内真空泵厂能够与时俱进,进一步改进和提高溅射离子泵性能以满足国内科技发展的需要。
Using the same experimental setup under the same condition and according to the national measurement standard JB/T2965—92, the basic performance parameters of domestic SIPs are tested, with relevant conclusions drawn and analysed.
