本文解析了"长江三角洲人才开发一体化"命题提出的现实背景和时代意义,分析了"一体化"进 程中政府职能的演变、推进"一体化"的根本动力及其"一体化"的区域范畴,对"长江三角洲人才开发一体 化"的一系列理念进行了廓清。
This essay is to analyze the factual background and contemporary significance of the proposition of 'The Integration of Talent Exploration In Yangtze River Delta' , the evolution of the function of the government in the process of the integration , the principal motivation of the advance of the integration, and the actual jurisdiction of the integration. This essay also makes sense of a variety of concepts concerning 'The Integration of Talent Exploration In Yangtze River Delta'.
