摘要
我国中小企业为数众多,在国民经济中发挥着很重要的作用,但在融资方面困难重重,笔者深入分析了我国 中小企业所面临的贷款难、担保难、上市难、债券发行难等融资方面的困难极其原因,提出了帮助我国中小企业走 出融资困境的一些对策思路.
A large number of middle-small business enterprise play an important role in national economy. But they have a lot of problems in margin aspect. This article analysed reasons about loaning, assuring, marketing and issuing, and put forward some rationlization proposal.
