甜菜单粒雄性不充Nm101A、B系的选育

摘要 Nm101A、B系是采用高代单粒自交系与单粒不育系,在感染了丛根病毒的土壤条件下,培育成功的一对较耐丛根病的单粒雄性不育系.经对选育过程中表现型的遗传分析,初步证明耐丛根病性状是由一对显性基因所控制.此不育系在自交亲和基因的利用上也提供了成功的范例,是集单粒雄性不育性、耐丛根病性、抗窖腐病性及含自交亲和基因为一体的一对十分珍贵的基础材料. Under the conditions of soils infected with Rhizomaina Virus, Nm101 A & B, two monoparticle A-lines relatively resistant to Rhizomania, were successfully bred from the monoparticle sterile-line of primarier generations and monoparticle sterile-line. Based on phenotypical gene analysis of selection & breeding process, it was primarily proved that phizomania-resistant character was controled by a pair of domenant genes. The two sterile-lines, a pair of very precious fundamental materials, which gather the mono particle male sterility, characteristics of phizomainia-resistance & Decay-resistance and self-compatible gene,provided a successful example for application of self-campatible genes.
