摘要
目的探讨重组人红细胞生成素(recombinanthumanerythropoietin,rHuEPO)对妇科贫血病人的治疗效果,观察其副作用和安全性。方法妇科贫血患者皮下注射rHuEPO每次10000U,同时给予硫酸亚铁300mg,tid。对照组30例给予硫酸亚铁300mg,tid。结果试验组较对照组Hb、HCT、RBC均有较明显回升(P<005)。结论应用rHuEPO治疗妇科贫血是安全、有效的方法。
Objective:To investigate the effect、side effect and safety of the anemia treated with recombinant human erythropoietin for the gynecologic patients with anemia.Methods:Case-control study was used in this research.Study group of 26 patients with anemia were treated with rHuEPO 10000 U subcutaneously and oral iron supplement.Control group of 30 patients with anemia were treated with oral iron supplement only.The Hb、HCT and RBC were tested at the 7、14 and 30 days after the treatment.The rehabilitation and the cost-effectiveness were also evaluated.Results:The Hb、HCT and RBC levels were increased significantly in the study group than control group.Conclusion:The anemia treaed with recombinant human erythropoietin for the gynecologic patients with anemia is effective、safe and economic.It also helps with the rehabilitation.
